R. Andrew Gaines, MD
R. Andrew Gaines, MD, is board-certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and specializes in the transoral removal of tumors of the upper aerodigestive tract as well as reconstructive and plastic surgery of the head and neck. He is fellowship-trained in both transoral surgery and advanced microvascular head and neck reconstruction. He commonly treats complex skin cancer of the head, face, and neck as well as tumors of the parotid and thyroid.
Dr. Gaines earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University’s School of Medicine and completed his residency in Otolaryngology at the University Of Kansas Medical Center. He completed his fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis.
